Why I do this.
I know what it feels like to lose connection with your own body, because I've lived it.
Before my first pregnancy I was working in the gym, training, feeling healthy, but never as consistent as I wanted to be. Then, at the back end of COVID, I found out I was pregnant. With everything shut, I struggled to move my body and feel like myself.
That pregnancy was physically brutal. I gained a lot of weight and dealt with sciatic pain. Recovery afterwards was hard, but I built myself back up slowly, and ended up the fittest I'd ever been.
When I fell pregnant the second time, my mindset had completely changed. I wanted to keep the strength I'd built and stay strong right through pregnancy and postpartum. Because I never stopped training, the second recovery was so much easier.
That's the whole point. I don't train to look a certain way. I train to be strong enough to live my actual life, and feel confident in my body through every season of it. That's exactly what I want for you.
